Guided Tour Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit reserves the date you have requested. The date is not reserved without the deposit.

Should you decide to cancel your date for any reason including (but not limited to) weather, travel challenges, change of mind, gear malfunction, medical, family emergency, etc, your deposit can be transferred to another available date of your choosing within 18 months of the original booking date.

This is above and beyond industry standard which typically does not permit deposit transfer.

How Tour Bookings Work:

Tour booking requests are busy and highly seasonal. When you book a date, you've paid to remove that date from the availability calendar. Most booking dates receive multiple requests, all of which are denied after you have reserved your special date. The date is yours.

When someone cancels, the date becomes "stale" and cannot be filled by a previous inquiry as many interested clients have moved on to booking other events or are no longer available. This now leaves a peak date unfilled and is an unsustainable business model. There are no "back up" attendees that can slip in to fill the space. For this reason, deposits are transferable only and we are committed to helping you have a great future experience if your plans need to change.

When you book your date, you will be asked to confirm that you have read, understand and agree to these terms.

Should you be in disagreement with the spirit of this policy, we're disappointed we won't be able to book a night out with you, but we understand and hope you will find an alternative to this experience.

Cape Nights LLC is not responsible for travel or lodging costs. Travel insurance is always good practice.
